“From the initial visit to their Forfar showroom through to the final installation, Alan and his team have been absolutely flawless. We wanted to replace our kitchen with something more modern and practical. Stewart in the showroom proved to be not only professional and approachable but also highly experienced in designing our new kitchen, ensuring it was bespoke to us. We removed a peninsula and replaced it with a large kitchen island, increased the storage massively and raised the countertop heights. The fitting team were excellent, arrived on time every morning, worked hard and had an amazing attention to detail. They thought of small changes before I had even thought of them and left the rooms immaculate each evening. Alan popped in regularly to check on progress, with a friendly smile and and a "can do" attitude, regardless of the request. “Kitchens by James Alan Recently completed our fabulous new kitchen which was a fantastic transformation from the previous install.
The whole design process from initial visit and brief through all the different options to the final install was a pleasure with sound advice, design experience and helpful advice letting us create initially a full design with fab graphics of the intended works which perfectly matched the out turn install.
A hands on experience at showroom selecting products from the wide range complete with all the appliances, flooring finish, new doors and the finishing touches like the fab instant hot water tap and power points with integral phone charging and bluetooth speakers.
The design was carefully and patiently prepared for us and included all the items and preferences that we requested.
Installation commenced on the date we agreed following manufacture and Installers were great, a first class install with great care and respect whilst working in our house.

“If you are looking for a fantastic new kitchen, then this is the place to use. From the very first meeting nothing was a problem. The design plan was changed several times until it was perfect. Next came the cupboard choice, doors , styles , colours , worktops etc. Great choice there . Appliances next and again great selection and a few extras I wanted added. The work begins and the old kitchen is ripped out and some walls as well . No complaining only singing and laughter all the way through. Great guys from fitters to plumbers to electricians and of course Alan popping in to see everything was going well . By this time we are all firm friends . The finished effect is spectacular .
